Official Tax Document

Post by CraveforUK » Sun Jun 15, 2008 12:54 pm

Hi,

I am planning to apply for tier 1 Visa from UK. I am from India and working in London currently in workpermit.

To apply for Tier1, my questions are

1. Do we need to submit official tax document.
2. If so, is it the tax document of UK or India ? I am in UK for the past 1
year and 5 months. Or do i need to furnish for both ?
3. What is the period for which the tax documents need to be furnished ?
Is it for 12 months or 24 months or 36 months or more ?

I appreciate your quick reply.

Regards

In case you have payslips and bank stmts, you do not need to submit tax docs. Also tax docs should be submitted only and only if they are covering the entire period of the claimed earnings.

UK only. As you would be submitting earnings based in UK.

Again, tax docs should be submitted only and only if they are covering the entire period of the claimed earnings. So it would be only for 12 months.

Agree with what Hussainkothari has said. Additionally,
UK only. As you would be submitting earnings based in UK.

This also means that you can not use the uplift factor when calculating the earnings.
