Tier 1-Dependent visa Extension

Hi All,

I have few question about me & my son's (3 months old) visa extension under Tier 1 Ent PBS Dependent.

1: Our visa expire on 24/04/2019 , when the earliest we can apply for extension ?
NOTE : My Husband ( main applicant) applying for his ILR, based on 5 years route, can we send our application together with him by post ?

2: My son (not born in UK) last visa granted on 18/01/2019, so how much maintenance funds we need to show for his application ? As both parents are in UK more than 12 months.

a; Can me and my husband we can both use our bank statement for him ?

There is no earliest. You should apply online and separately. Your husband goes for SET(O) while you apply for extension with kid(s)
