Hello everyone,
I applied for my ILR yesterday using existing service and will post all documents on Monday. I will really appreciate if anyone can check my documents list and confirm if I need to add anything.
Documents list;
Passport
Printed copy of Application form
Life in UK test certificate
Degree certificate for English language
BRP
Consent form part 1 signed by me
Consent form part 2 signed by my team member
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Family's passport
Application form
Bank statement for maintenance
Cohabitation documents
------------------------------------------------------------------------
CAR dated 28-01-2019
CT600
Letter from bank confirming business bank account
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Employee Salary slips 24 months
FPS 24 months
Employee passport copy 1st page
Please confirm and correct me if something is wrong.
Thanks
Looks good. Add CT41G or CT603 if you have. Otherwise dont worry.
Thanks tier11417. I will add CT41G that confirms company UTR.
Is consent form part 1 is the only declaration that applicant need to sign or is there any other declaration form to sign?

That’s fine. I mentioned if you use Sage software, since you don’t use that then it’s fine. I don’t know anything about brightpay.

- Brightpay FPS contains this information and I think this will cover the required information. What do you think?

i used the same with my extension application.
As i have created only 1 full time job during my extension period it means i don't have 2nd chance to apply for ILR in case something goes wrong with my current application. i am quite hopeful. But want to be prepare for everything.
I will complete my 10 years on 9th december 2019. What are options for me in worst case scenario?
Thanks

Your FPS is ok. If you have satisfied the employment requirement and you are still in business, I honestly don’t see any problem getting the application sorted.

Hello,
Can someone please advise on the following question;
I applied for ILR last week. I visited Saudia Arabia for 20-25 days on a visitor visa (ummrah visa) back in 2003 or 2004 not sure which year but didn't mention in my application form.
I 1st entered UK in December 2009 with new passport.
Will that be an issue.
Thanks

I have the similar scenario. Tier 1 (50K to ILR). I am going to apply in a few days. I have one employee working full time since 2014 but I was advised on this forum to have another employee as I can't use the same employee to show 2 jobs. Are you sure you can meet the 2 jobs requirements with one employee for ILR?

If you are applying before april 2019 then you should be ok with 1 employee working full time. I'm not sure about your immigration history and who advised you.
If you come under transitional arrangement then 1 employee should be fine.
There are senior members like zimba, marcnath, CR001 and likes of tier11417 ,bizman they are very much involved with this and have good knowledge about this. I will advise you to give your full immigration background and wait for advice from one of them.

I suggest you try and be patient with business partner till you get your ILR sorted, it’s really unusual for HO to start asking for things during ILR especially with a straightforward application. However, you have waited this long, I believe you can wait for few more weeks to get your application sorted and then call his bluff if it’s necessary
