*URGENT* Major delay in BRP delivery

Hi,

i renewed my visa for Tier 2 general last July 2018 and received a decision letter September 2018. However, i haven't received my BRP yet up to this date (7/3/19). I lept chasing it even write a letter to the case worker who processed my visa and went to complaint department. I had 3 biometrics done already. Last one was Feb 09 when the complaint department responded to me after 1 month and gave me a ticket for free repeat biometrics, i told them to expedite as it is long overdue and it is not acceptable. Until now, no emails on stage of my BRp production. Yesterday, I went to their office but i was redirected to east croydon ( total of 3 offices i visited) but no help. the only way i can get in contact with them is email and costumer services which doesnt help. I already cancelled flights planned ahead and my next trip cant be cancelled as I need to go home. On emails, they always say there is a technical problem with my BRP related to NiNO.

What will i do? can someone suggest things to do as i feel mentally stressed out. Thank you so much.

Hi Rosy,

I am not an expert in this field, but having read several posts on this forum, I would advise you to contact your local MP. You may email your MP or try contacting them in person in their office.

You may also take the help of a solicitor or immigration adviser. But keep in mind they would charge you a fee.

Try to find out what is causing technical problems with your NiNo. Have you tried reaching out to the National Insurance dept. to see all of your HMRC data is in proper order?

Thank you for your email. I will try your suggestion, to be honest I'm fed up already and just wanna quit my job and go home.
