ILR Absence Rules - Tier 2 General

Hi,
I have a query.
My friend is eligible to apply ILR from 07/03/2019. She is on Tier 2 General.
She was not in UK from 06/07/2017 to 12/10/2017 and from 10/11/2017 to 31/01/2018.
With the new rules will she be eligible to apply for ILR?
I couldn't understand how to calculate these days.
Please please help

Counting backwards from the date of ILR, there cannot be any absence of 180 days or more in ANY of the 12 month periods.
