Son has to apply for visa in line with mother. He needs to apply under the children route. Has son been born in the UK, he would have been a British Citizen.

tenacy agrement help

Post by asri82 » Thu Mar 07, 2019 5:56 pm

Hi there, can someone please help me on this.

I would like to drop a visa formy son in the next week in india, as supporting documents i will be submitting these following documnets

1. payslip
2. employer letter
3. bank statement
4. Sponser letter
5. my passport copy and my visa (ILR).

Can you please clearify a doubt to drop my Son visa,

As all my family is in back-home in India, I am staying alone right now as paying guest, so all my related documents which I am providing above are at paying guest address, which I am staying right now.

As I know my family will be coming back to UK once son get visa, right now I have Planned to take a tanency property for me and family so I have gone through the property and the property is avaliable from 15th April 2019, my question here is can I submit this tanency agreement document to my Son Visa?

Does it matters or will it effects my Son Visa due to address?

Thanks
sri
