Citizenship refused

Hello,
My citizenship application(2019)was refused because I overstayed my Visa from 2010 to 2012. I got married to my EU husband in 2012 and came again into the UK in 2013 on a spousal Visa. Got my PR in 2018. In regards to the 10year ban, when can I apply again? Is it 10years after my PR or 10years when I legally entered the UK?

When did you apply and what is your full immigiration history ?

You can apply again counting 10 years from your date of entry to the UK,so in 2023.
