Regarding how to apply for child over 18 .

I needed a little help ...
We are planning to apply for ilr this month My two son are over 18 and they came to uk on my dependent . So applying the form online , do their document are attached to my account while applying online ? Or Make a new and different account and apply for it .. I asked many people and they gave som many different suggeation ..
I am confused. I think this will be the place place to ask this type of question. Plz reply me as soon as possible .
