hello all i am on 10 year patner route visa which is due in couple of months for extension just want to know what is the minimum income salary for this route i am earning 11k a year and wife claiming child and working tax with joint names we have 2 childerns wife and kids are British citizens if any one tell me how many months bank statement and payslips i have to submit with my application and whats salary requirement thanks.

There isn't a minimum, per say. You were granted leave outside the immigration rules. You just need to show that your situation is basically the same and what you have.

If your total family income is up to 18600, then it make more sense and will lead to ILR quicker if you switch to the 5 years route. But yes, if yes if you want to continue on the 5 years route, there is no minimum requirement.

Thanks obie for your reply i dont want to switch 5 year route because im earning 11k a year and im going to apply on 10 year route because this is my 2nd extension does my salary is enough for this 10 year patner route thanks
