I have got a similar email today for my parents.
Applied: 11 Feb 2019
Appointment: 19 Feb 2019
Email: 04 Mar 2019
Email wording:
Dear Customer, Your UK visa application has been issued.
The email has conflicting hints, it says,
"You are reminded that you should avoid making travel plans until you have collected your passport, as the outcome of your visa application is not final until you receive your passport."
but then it also says,
"Please ensure you check the details on your visa when collecting your passport. "
Will update after passport collection.

There are NO appeal rights for visitor visas that are refused. You are wasting your time and money.

A JR requires legal representation and is extremely expensive. It would also be prudent to bear in mind that there is the risk of not only having to pay your own costs, but also costs of the other side.

I applied visa for my parents last week. They have visited UK a few times. I received an email from British Embassy Abu Dhabi.
"Your UK visa application has been concluded"
Does that mean visa is refused?
Has any body who received a "concluded" email got the visa?
Please advise.
Thanks

That means can send them only letter of before claim
and not actually have a jr.

I and my husband applied for UK visitor visa on 5th March 2019. My husband applied for urgent visa by paying 212GBP while mine was with normal fee. Today I received the mail from ABUDHABI stating
“Dear Customer,
Your UK visa application has been issued.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE BEFORE THEY CONTACT YOU.
You will be contacted by the Visa Application Centre when your documents are ready for collection, or have been dispatched via courier where this is relevant.
“You are reminded that you should avoid making travel plans until you have collected your passport, as the outcome of your visa application is not final until you receive your passport.
Please ensure you check the details on your visa when collecting your passport”.
What does it mean???
And the other thing which is making me worried is why my husband has not received any mail from UKVI. Because he applied for urgent visa.
