Waiting for ILR Decision - No email confirmation but Decision Letter

Hi All,

I hope everyone is keeping well.

I just wanted to check if someone had experienced that after applying through Super Priority Service, no email was received but a decision letter in the post? or

Is it possible that UKVI have not sent the email but the decision letter?

your response is highly appreciated.
