MY MANGER NOT RESPONDING TO HOME OFFICE CALLS

hi , HO called my employer my employer asked them to call later, they called me in afternoon time he was nice and polite asked me all questions releted to work i answered them all , and askedme to provide mangers numbers which i did they continued calling managers, but my mangers have arguments with Home office about data protection act , they said i work for them but refused to discuss salary and other things and my manger asked them to give a written note so they will share information, i emailed my company by asking them to share my information if they call again. it looks my file will get stuck just cos of this plz advisedme what can i do i am very upset with ongoin situation.

Caseworker more likely be annoyed from it because when you sign the declaration on form then it means you giving them consent to enquire about you. Rest will all depends on caseworker but mostly they don't contact back and either they refuse or delay.

well did'nt you inform your manager about the application and authorized him well in advance for providing all your information.

well your manager is kinda right on his position but should have helped as a favor given that its "HO".
If your manager was one of immigrant he/she might have given great importance to HO calls (just on the lighter note)

my manger and HO had argument yes it may annoye HO but why should i suffer for thier illogical laws. why HO dont send a person to my employers office to varify if they refuse i will take it to court agianst my employer for not providing information about me.

HO are wrong. You have given your employers email address so they should also utilise this means of contact especially if your employer has asked for relevant details in writing from the HO.

HO are being difficult as always. Doesnt help when they call using private numbers. That is weird in itself. Your normal everyday person will not answer such a call and if they do they wont share any information

Well case worker is clearly wrong then. Employer received a call from a unknown number from someone claiming to be from the HO (could be anyone really). Employers email address is on the Appendix 2 form and employer has asked for something in writing. I dont see a problem with that at all.

You may be right but I am afraid HO has their own style and to decide that whether its right/wrong they usually give appeal right where only applicant & his/her family suffer due to waste of time. Therefore, its always best to keep things straight and comfortable for caseworker to avoid any chance of refusal. In my view when applicant/sponsor ask an employer letter from their employer and noc letter from landlord they should definitely make them aware about HO likely enquiry over them.

yes called this morning with ref number it looked like normal customer service the guy seems an indian he listned me and explained me if they need they will contact via e mail or by phone. when i asked him to contcat my rmployer again he replied he cant advise caseworker to do so , again he said if they need to call they will.

yes called this morning with ref number it looked like normal customer service the guy seems an indian he listned me and explained me if they need they will contact via e mail or by phone. when i asked him to contcat my rmployer again he replied he cant advise caseworker to do so , again he said if they need to call they will.

Those people on customer service desk are mostly outsourced with no knowledge in immigration matters. Better to not contact HO until you hear from them.
