List of References for Naturalisation - do I need to update?

Hi All,

Have been reading stuff in this board for a few months now, but this is the first post!

It's a quick one: I've applied for naturalisation in May 06 and am hoping that I'll hear from DoJ around end of this year / early next year.

One of the references I provided has since left the country - although still owning and managing his Irish company he's moved to live mostly in Norway now and his address is changed. Do you think I should write to DoJ and inform them about this as well as providing a new referee? Do they actually contact them?
