Please help!

We are going to apply spouse visa FLR M next month, April 2019. Is it ok for council tax bill NOT joint name yet? We will do it after spouse visa and write a personal statement so they wont question it. I really need your advice.

Council tax isn't a mandatory requirement rather its just a proof of address which can also be used as an evidence of cohabitation at extension stage.
