My wife and I have been married for fourteen years and living in Southeast Asia and have two children together both of whom are British citizens (13 and 10), we have been cohabiting for the duration of that period.
However we don't have any shared bills, mainly because in our country of residence (third world) it's problematic to have non-citizens (without an ID card) added to things like utility bills.
We own our house outright here outright, but it's only in my wife's name as foreigners can't own property. So we don't have any tenancy agreements or anything like that or even mortgage agreements.
I can provide our original marriage license, and it would be easy to provide photo's from Facebook and things of our family together. We have taken many trips to England and Europe together and my wife has previous tourist visa's but that doesn't really show that we travelled together.
What would be the best types of evidence to provide in such a case? And do we need to provide proof for the entire duration of our relationship?
