FLR (FP) EXTENSION - Online Application

Hello,

My 2.5 years FLR (FP) visa expires in May and I will send an application to extend in April or beginning of May. I want to know if only online applications are accepted for this visa category? Or, can I submit an application via post?

I also want to know the payment options on the online version. Do they accept card payments only?

I thank you in advance for assisting me with the above queries.
