EC App in Nigeria in July - HSMP approved April

Hi,

Experts pls help..
I received my HSMP Approval letter in April....
I will be applying for EC from Nigeria next month..
As the rules are changing June 30th, when I apply next month will I have to have saved £2800 in my account...for 3 months.
