What is your UK immigration history?

Why was your visa curtailed?

What was the last date of curtailment and what date did you leave the UK?

You are now subject to the 12 month cooling off period before you can apply for tier 2 General again.

How HO will view your overstay, is anyone guess but likely not a good sign.

You have to declare previous travel yes and HO has access to exit records provided by the Stupid.

Never a good idea to lie to HO as then you could be refused due to deception and withholding a material fact and face a 10 year ban.

1 . completed msc..would it be a good idea to switch (out of country) to t4 and do another msc in a similar subject to be able to fall again into shortage occupation and then get tier 2 without rlmt

2. come to the uk on a visit visa and search for jobs...

confused and sorry for sporadic queries...

You need to do your own research. It is unreasonable to expect strangers on an internet forum to do the work for you.
