Hi everyone just a quick question for those with the same experience like me. How long does it take for HO to reply after giving them the further docs they requested? I will appreciate a reply, also is it a bad or good thing when asked to send additional documemts? thank you

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone heard of a case similar to mine? I put in a FLR(FP) 2017 and after chasing HO a few months ago they decided to invite me for an asylum screening interview. Apparently my case raises grounds for asylum. I am now waiting for my main interview.

if your own flr fp case is strong so i dont think you should go for asylum.
the ask me in 2017 for asylum when my application was pending with them.

I applied as Parent of a British child i did not qualify for the partner route
Application Date: 21/09/2018
biometrics : 17/10/2018
Application Payment failed:8/11/2018
Sent Postal Order + IHS = 13/11/2018
Decision - 12/03/2019 - Refused.

I was a Tier 4 from 2009-2013. (undergraduate Degree)
went back home, Been visiting to UK almost every year since 2013.
Overstayed my last visit visa for 4 months before making application due to girlfriend being pregnant.

I just got a call from my solicitor this evening telling me the application has been refused with in country right to appeal.I do not even know how to feel, because waited so long only to get a refusal.

I haven’t seen the reason for refusal yet as i will be going to my solicitor on wednesday.

I’d like some advice on what next to do ? whats the best way to go about refusals under this category with right to appeal.

I look forward to your replies
