I have a conflict with My partner and we are most likely going to split

Current status

Two companies established, first one before obtaining Visa (3~4 Months) and second one during first 6 month
Both companies have partners as directors

Plan

Split into two separated companies, everyone will be sole director , (may be adding extra directors / shareholders)


Question

Can we go into extension phase separately or we need to be in same application?

Your applications are separate and NOT related. You simply can share the investment and job creation evidence, that is all

As Zimba pointed out, your applications are separate.

Note that each of you will have to meet the investment and job creation criteria on your own. So, if you were on the 200K route, each of you have to invest 200K.

There is no team anymore so you have to meet the criteria as an individual now.
If you do not have the additional funds then your extension application will fail.

The condition of being a team is that you both have equal control over the funds - that test fails now.

As an extreme case the rules can be interpreted that, though I wouldn't think HO will do that, your visa can be curtailed if you don't have access to the additional funds.
