ILR for Tier 2 with only 3 Years NI

Dear Gurus,

I need from you help .
I am applying for ILR. I have been on Tier 2 for nearly 6 years in UK.
My salary increased to 36,000 per year last 6 months

I passed UK test and I passed English test
I have 6 months payslips (I will upload 3 months and 3 months bank statements)

My only thing, as I am on Tier 2 sports. My previous solicitor said its ok to not have salary for 1st 2 or 3 years. so i am getting salary now for 2 years and half. and my 36K per year salary started 6 months ago, before that it was lower.

Do you think with my 6 months payslips and all my BRPs for last 6 years and my letter of employment confirming they want to keep me on 36,000 I have enough proof to get through with ILR?
