Flrfp refused. Not fresh claim

Dear sirs
I applied flrfp with three children’s unfortunately home office refused no appeal rights given.
Reason for refused:
This is not fresh claim and not new evidence given in new application.
Second sponsor (my husband ) and my family can go back Pakistan and establish private life there.
Please help me what I will do now.
