I have now returned and worked for 6 months and will now apply for my partner to join me in Uk we reach all the required fincial requirements etc. But my partner was previously married they separated some years before we meet we have been together 4 years as a couple .we filled for her a Uk in courts over 2 years ago and it’s at the hearing and witness stages but not finalised can we apply for her partner visa before her annulment is finalised?? She has previously had a 6 month stay with me in Uk as a visitor.
We are excited to apply but now not sure if we need to wait
