Hi Guys,

This forum has been invaluable throughout this process and I’m grateful for everyone’s help. I have a couple of additional questions.

So. I have a registrar and venue booked for our civil partnership, have bought wedding rings (no engagement rings - being same sex, it’s nonsensical to have both!), a photographer and a small venue/restaurant for our immediate family for after the ceremony.

My question is would I need to go all out and get invites etc, if there only a select few guests? It just seems ridiculous.

Any one wit any similar experiences? Same-sex or otherwise.

No issue as wedding/civil partnership can be done with as little as just with 2 witnesses.
