My husband is in UK on T4 dependent visa and before this he was on T2 ICT visa and current visa is valid till mid 2022. Whilst on T2 ICT he had applied for T1 Entrepreneur visa and got refused and HO did not return his passport directly. We approached a solicitor and thru them got passport and mistake rectification letter. He traveled India and during return he was given a slip at LHR airport pending verification and cleared him in the system.
After 2 years he got converted to T4 dependent in country. Since he shifted from T2 ICT to T4 dep visa, T2 ICT was cancelled and a letter was received from HO. Subsequently our solicitor sent a letter and supporting docs of shift in visa and new end date.
He is bit scared to travel now to India for vacation thinking that systems may not have been updated with latest permit and he may be subjected to the clearance process like earlier.
Can some one please advise if travel would be an issue though he has valid permit for next 2 years, will they again go thru clearance stuff at airport?
Thanks
