URGENT - Please help - Life in the UK Test - online application for naturalisation

Good evening,

Please, please, please help me. I have 'completed' my online application for naturalisation but I have some doubts regarding Life in the UK Test. Do we need to provide Test ID number on the application? I can only see question: Did you pass your Life in the UK test? Yes/No answer.

I have feeling that they asked for Test ID but I am not able to see it now and I have never provided test ID no.

In case this number is required - could you please advise how to reopen 'completed' application?

Please help me as I am almost to submit the form.

CR001 - one more question: Travels for past 5 years. My first travel I am showing is May 2014, which is less than 5 years as of now, however the one before was Jan 2014.

Do I need to provide them with Jan 2014? Again, application is completed, so not sure if this is relevant and how to open application.

That's last question, please help
