Evidence Documents for new UKVCAS online application

Hiya Guys

I hope someone can help. I've scoured the boards and haven't really been able to find anything but I'm really just wanting to know if the scanned documents for a TOC have to be certified? I've got to upload copies of both my passports and visa, as well as proof of address (driver's licence and bank statement) etc. I don't remember reading anywhere on my application that the documents need to be certified, but I don't want my application to take even longer if they need to have been certified and I've not done it.

Call centre is outsourced to a third party, with poorly trained staff (give the complexity of the different immigration routes, unlikely they will have much clue on many things).
