Applying for Tier 2 general with dependents via priority service

1. Can we apply for tier 2 general and dependant visas together from India?
2. How to apply for priority service while applying for tier 2 general and dependants? The portal does not give any option.
3. How many days does it take for main applicant and dependants via priority service?
Kindly help.
