Hi,
I will be applying for a spouse visa shortly but few questions. I got married to my husband on 21 Feb. he was previously married and divorced but there is confusion on the date. Our Marriage date is 21 Feb 2019 and he divorced his wife which was concluded on 15 Feb 2019. now divorce certificate has 2 dates one is date of effectiveness which is 15 Feb and Issue date which is 4th March.
Now my question is will I have any problem as our marriage date is 21 Feb and Issue date of my husband's divorce is 4th March which is after we got married. But it was effective from 15th feb?
Senior member please help As I am really confused what to do.
Thanks in Advance

That one will be counted and your case will be alright. But still in additional info section/covering letter briefly explain about these dates too to avoid any mistake by caseworker.

Hi,
I will be applying for my husband spouse visa shortly. He previously applied UK student visa and it was good 10 years ago and he got rejected and few years later he applied for Schengen Visit visa with the same outcome.
I have following questions:
1) Do I need to provide the dates and details of all applications he made UK and others?
2) Or Do I only need to provide the details of application applied in last 10 years?
3) Can someone please let me know what sort of details do I need to provide them regarding his previous applications?
Your input will be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
Nitasha

1,2,3) Almost all applications form ask about the travel/application history including to outside the UK which must be honestly replied. Usually the details such as dates, purpose, duration is being asked.

Dear Group Member,
Apologies if this question is already been answered. I have 3 different questions:
1) I will be applying for spouse visa shortly, I need to know what documents I need for accommodation. I am living in a 3 bedroom house but rent only 1 double bedroom and 2 rooms are empty. And I dont pay any bill as my rent is including all the bills.
Can you please suggest what documents I need to provide?
2) I will be Applying Priority visa online. Is it true I can apply online on behalf of my Husband and fill in the form and everything and pay the fees and he can go and do the Biometrics?
3)I am confused about Document submission do I need to submit here or I will need to post them to my husband?
Look forward to your help on these questions.
Thanks in advance.

1. Tenancy agreement, noc letter from property landlord/estate agent (strictly not from other tenants) and property inspection report.
2. Yes
3. You can scan & upload all supporting documents at local VFS centre in UK after your partner complete his biometrics. Usually they charge £75.

That option is only available for in country spouse visa application. But in some countries the local vfs centres do scan & upload the supporting documents freely when applicant is enrolling biometrics.

Thanks,
I have another question in regards to the address on my marriage certificate.
I am trying to update my nikkah nama details in Nadra. Now they are unable to add my UK address on my marriage certificate because if they add my UK address then they cant put my nationality as Pakistani whereas I am not British yet I am on ILR.
On my Nikkah Nama there were 2 addresses added UK address and the other one was my Aunty's address. Is it Ok to add my Aunty's address on my marriage certificate. FYI I dont have that Aunt's address on any of my ID. on My national ID card I have my parent's address. Now I am confused what to do.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,
Why do you have your aunty's address on your Nikkahnama? How come the Nikkahkhuwan didn't put your parent's address (assuming It's Pakustan)?

I don't think that address will cause any issue because marriage certificate is just an evidence of marital status.

@Jhelumi Because I got married in a different city xxx and my parents are from yyy
Thank Seagul
I have some more questions:
1) What Documents my husband needs to carry with him for his Biometric? Is it just application form with the payment confirmation or he needs to keep his English and TB test with him? not sure whether he will need to post it to me or submit himself?
2) In regards to my payslips I have soft copies of them, I was planning on taking a print out. Do I need to get them stamped or signed from my Employer?
3) How long does this online form take ? Can we start filling in advance ?
4) For Chat, Call logs and Pictures do we need to print them out and take it to vfs centre to scan?
5) Just making sure for my accommodation documents I only need Tenancy agreement and NOC letter from my landlord? Fyi I am renting a room in 3 bedroom house and I am the only tenant and my rent included bill too.

Thanks Seagul.
I have another question, how to answer this question on online application ' Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher?' But the requirement was A1 test?
Is this a mistake if yes how to answer it?

I think its an error on online application which other members also reported. Since the error can't be fixed straightaway so maybe adding a covering letter about it and then saying it yes then also reporting this mistake in additional info section may work.
