What difference between Naturalisation & Nationality Registration as a British Citizen - Adult

One more question, I am stuck one point.... the question about previous application? Have you made any previous UK Immigration applications in the UK or abroad? (This include applications for asylum in the UK)

Yes or No

NB: I got DLR 6 years route then ILR and now due for Citizenship.

Which option for me Yes or No.

Finally I completed my application online but need final advice from respected members,

** In the column of Previous application:
1. I have been putting date of my claim of asylum of 10.01.2010 (after this application only I went to Appeal of Court and got DLR 6 years route on the basis of out of immigration rules), can I also mention date of DLR which is 12.2.12 whereas these granted by HO on my asylum case.
2. First DLR extension application date i.e 20.3.15
3. ILR (settlement) application date i.e 11.4.2018
