Spouse visa extension

Post by Taniak96 » Wed Apr 03, 2019 7:57 am

Hello. I have been so super stressed the last six months as I had to help my husband with his spouse visa extension. Long story short I messed up big time. It’s been 10 days since we sent off his application and I’ve only just noticed about 4 mistakes I’ve made. 1) a question was asked regarding if he had any family in the country he was born in or any other countries he’s been to. I put none, when in fact he does but at the time I didn’t understand the question as they add all these fancy words. 2) I put his work place post code as my home post code tbh I don’t even remember doing that. 3) they asked about shared financial responsibility to which I said yes we do share but then in details I put my name with £0 and then his name with him paying rent and council tax. 4) a question asking why it would be difficult for him to go back home and stay there to which I put his family can’t afford to have him live with them. On a scale of 1-10 how likely are we to get refused 10 being 100% 😓 so so disappointed in myself. We have a beautiful almost two year old daughter. Everything else main points have been met, financial requirements, accommodation, proof were genuine and living together, correspondence letters, payslips, bank statements please any advice is appreciated . Thank you

Erros on the form should not lead to refusal as long as all you sent all the required evidence and he is eligible
