Dear Sir/Madam,

NOTE: Fulfil all the below requirements for collection.
Thank you for your patience, we would like to confirm that your concluded application has arrived at UK Visa Application centre and is ready for collection. You are requested to please visit UK visa application centre to collect the passport. Application can be collected from Monday to Friday during (0800 – 1500hrs). Friday prayer break from (1300 – 1400hrs). Gerry’s new address is Gerry’s UKVAC near Punjab Cash and Carry Park Road, Chatha Bakhtawar, Chak Shehzad.
You should bring original receipt that was issued by the Visa Application Centre team at the time of application submission.
You should bring your original valid CNIC card with a readable photocopy.
Afghan nationals should bring photocopy of the passport.
(For Children under 18) Either parent can collect the child passport by bringing their Birth Certificate/Form B and original receipt that was issued by the Visa Application Center team at the time of application submission.
Kindly note that a nominated (authorized) person can also collect your passport on your behalf(even within family). However, Authorized person must bring:

· An authorization letter signed by the applicant

· Applicants signatures/thumb impression on authority letter must match with the original valid CNIC signature/thumb impression.

· The Original Receipts

· Applicant’s original valid CNIC, with a readable photocopy

· Collector’s original valid CNIC, with a readable photocopy

· (For an Afghan national) Provide a readable photocopy of the passport.

· (For Children under 18) Birth Certificate/ Form B of the child and Authority Letter from Father or Mother of the Child with original valid CNIC card with a readable photocopy of the Parent authorising.

Note: As per the delivery procedure of the appeal cases/lost receipt personal appearance of the applicant is mandatory with a lost receipt affidavit on Stamp paper.

Anyone's application status which say Your UK visa application has been issued means it's granted so not need to worry.
I would like to ask I've seen many posts regarding condluded email my uncle received that email what can it be previously has been refused once but not received email before

‭+92 900 078 60‬ Balal sometimes passport does a bit longer to come back you can call on this number and ask your questions but be patient it will come back with visa with sure .

Amer hate to say but concluded means these days visa refused.but update us if wrong I received concluded email it was refused I re applied visa issued email and visa issued address those issues and re apply.

Yes bhati3000 have been previously refused and this is 2nd application don't know results but email from abu Dhabi on 3rd April visa condluded and 5th April Friday passport ready to collect but will see on Monday by the way bhati3000 if it's refused can I straight away reapply as I have tickets booked as well ........ did you reapply and how long they took and why did they reject you for please let me know as it really helps it's 2nd application.

Also just to let you know all the land documents which are sent in urdu language and not translated to English hope they don't issue that point out .... Last time they pointed out can't confirm your job and large amount deposits this time balance is very low .... but not sure of outcome .

I've seen many refusals online most of the times they come on to say can not confirm this job that you are doing or that you earn this sort of amount per month as basically hand in hand they need to understand that not all people get paid cash in bank and many get paid cash in hand e.g. driving privately pick and drops.

Also solicitors charge alot of fees now a days just to do an application and to address the points out behalf of the applicant

Large bank deposits needs to be clarified land registry should of been translated low bank funds will be refused eco not satisfied you have enough funds to travel.
You can pm me.but most applications refused because of poorly filled applications and lack of evidence.you can apply straight away after refused no time limit answer all their refusal points I re applied after one month of refusel but if you re apply fill application very carefully answering all those questions .

I did my application myself you can answer refusal points in online form one by one and also you can add separate sheet if required I also asked Solictor to write a sponsor letter and get him signed filled my application myself as it’s quite expansive.but translate all in English because it’s requirement .

Today u went to gerrys office without collection email and unfortunately my passports was not delivered there yet

A days wasted as im from sialkot.

I asked him why so much delay after i have received application issue email but their reply was to wait until you receive an emaill.

I don’t think there is much you can do but wait not sure why it’s taking this long wait another week then you can ring UKVI and ask for help and where your passport it or email UKVI they will answer your query but calling that number is not free and also by email they also charge you but I think just wait for another week.

You need to wait for collection email or a call from Gerry without that its 100% sure that your passport is not ready for collection.
