Well-done guys for the good job you are doing on this forum.

Pls has any one recently switched from Tier1 E to SET LR - 10 years ? What was your experience?

Pls I am currently on my 2nd year on Tier1 Entrepreneur and want to switch to indefinite soon. I do not really have enough time left so will appreciate urgent feedback pls.

Please what are the most important documents I must include before submitting my application for SET LR via the new process?

If you came in December 2009, you don't qualify for long residence ILR yet.

When does your current visa expire?

Do you have dependents in the UK?
