Hello All,
My ILR is due in July and my current COS states 2129 as my SOC Code. My employer is advising that I don't need to meet the minimum salary requirement of £35,500 as my code was in SOC list for the past 6 years.

The issue i am having is that the Gov.UK Immigration Rules Appendix K: shortage occupation list Table 3 states that the code 2129 is set to expire from salary exemption on the 6th of April, 2019

"Date of application for indefinite leave to remain where job titles cease to provide exemption from the salary requirement in paragraph 245HF(d)(vi)"

Does this means that I HAVE to meet the salary requirement as the exemption expires 6th April, 2019 as I cant apply until June 2019.
