Help - Home Office Compliance Visits - Tier 2

Post by janvi » Fri Apr 05, 2019 3:46 pm

Hi All,

We had compliance visit recently from the HO. I am the only employee under Tier-2 Visa in my company. They took nearly one hour interview of me and asked me questions related to my job roles. They took copies of my work done related with my job roles also asked for my contract, employment offer and payslips. They also asked for the bank statement of the company.

4 More month left (Based on first visa valid from) for ILR through 10 Years Route.

Worst case if our license gets suspended or revoked what are my options.

I heard it takes nearly 3 to 4 months for all this process to complete. Plus another 2-3 months before the curtailment letter arrives and another 60 days to find new sponsor or other categories of visa. Is it true ?

Can I apply for FLR (HRO) - Can I apply for ILR beofre the FLR (HRO) decision is done ? Or Switch to Tier 4 or ??

What could be other possible options for me ? Please help me with helpful information and your experience.

Kind Regards,

Probably due to this question recently being tagged onto the end of another member's topic from 2018.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Guessing your job is a non genuine vacancy by the looks of it?
What role do you have and in what industry?

I have bad news on the timescale for suspension- it is pretty quick now 4-6 weeks.

Actually, it was Copy/Paste of someone else's post from Sept 2018.
Just thought it was odd...

Then you should post the relevant topic link from Sept 2018 for mods to investigate.

Another hopeless and hapless case by the looks of it.

When it comes down to applying for FLR(HRO) to spin their case to a point to apply for ILR it is obvious they know their tier 2 role is non genuine.

Unfortunately there are hundreds of these cases every month as the number of visits to suspect Sponsors is increased. The other side of post visit activity has also been increased to minimise time to suspension. The priority of this side of Sponsorship has been stepped up and will continue to increase in the coming year.
