Financial requirement evidence - Appendix 2

Post by Liverinter » Sun Apr 07, 2019 10:48 am

Hi,
I need some advice please. This is for settlement spouse visa.

I earnt last year 19k. Last 6 months i earnt 10k and the first 6 months i earnt 9k. This is with the same employer. I get paid a daily rate so each month i earn a different amount.

Based on the above would it be best to provide last 6 months salary and bank statements or last 12 months?

And as its the same employee i should select on appendix 2 section 3.3 Income from salaried employment in the UK catogory A correct?
I believe catagory B is for more then 1 employer based on other post but please correct me if wrong.

Thanks. Appreciate any help provided.

Not necessarily because category B is for those who either working from less than 6 months for their present employer or wish to count their income under category B instead Category A especially due to earning variably or earning less from one employer.

Hi,

I need 1 other advice regarding my evidence. I get paid different amounts at different dates of the year from my employer. I work at a client location so once I complete the work I get paid and this is quite random.
Last 6 months I earnt the following on following dates:
3/4 1200
28/3 1400
1/3 1600
5/2 1200
13/1 1800
20/12 1900
18/10 1100

In Total it is 10,200 for past 6 months.

I am with the same employer and my year to date earnings are just over 20K

Will this be an issue?
Some posts are mentioning they take the lowest pay then multiply by 12 but in my case I meet the financial requirement and have all the payslips from the last 12 months and bank statements to prove it along with letter from employer to confirm the same.

Also I am planning to apply under Section 3.3 Part 3A then category A. Should I apply under category B in my specific situation?

Should i provide 12 months of payslip and bank statements instead?

i am worrying now. Will appreciate any advice.

Kind regards

As your wages vary each month so you can claim to be a non-salaried person where the average of your last 6 months wages will be taken instead the lowest wages figure during the last 6 month. But not sure that how HO will look on totally different dates of wages which normally never happens.

Section 3.3 Part 3A then category A. Form doesn't has any option for non-salaried income so you will have to calculate the annual income by using the non-salaried approach (total wages of last 6 months/6*12).

6 months of payslips & bank statements not 12 months.
