Hi Moderators and Administrators

Dear Sir,

Need your advise and valuable inputs please.
i applied on 16 jan 2019 standard application, husband, wife British Citizen.

on 26 Feb 2019 i received email requesting for pictures of me and my together in india ..not marriage onces and whats conversation, logs etc

I had to fetch all these items, arrange every item in order.....so.....on 08 march 2019.....i mailed below documents.

1) 5 pictures at different location where we were togethers, only 5 bec wife was with me for 20 days and this is really what we could manage in this period. She landed on 11 dec 2017 and departed on 03 January 2018.

2) whatsapp call logs screenshots 11 pages covering from june 2017 till feb 2019.

3) Money gram receipts where my wife sent money to my fathers name (last six months).

4) Royal mail envelop in which gift was sent by my wife.

5) Letters of support from mother stating when and how this relationship started and confirming genuiness of it and same from collegues and friends.

Please advise was this sufficient or i over sent.

since 08 march 2019 ...tillnow there is no acknowledgment or response...its 58 day....making me tense day by day.

can you suggest something please ??

What deadline did they advise to provide the photos because 26/02/19 letter received to 08/03/19 seems a long time - typically I hear they provide a 7 day deadline.

No news isn’t necessary bad news.

3 months aren’t up yet which is their aim so after this maybe follow up and/or involve your MP

Hi,

In the email they clearly mentioned that additional documents must be provided within 10 days. The time taken for decision will also depend on the complexity if the case and whether your application is Priority or Standard.

Thanks for your reply.

They gave me 10 March 2019 the deadline to send these docs and provided mail address.. So I mailed above docs on 08 March 2019.

Infact I sent on 7 March evening.. But checked on 8 March that mail had bounced back... Due to bigger size.... So i splitted the same mail in two parts..
Part 1 and Part 2 and mailed on 8 March 2019 morning

Date of online application was 16 Jan 2019, standard.

Since then... Waiting and waiting..and worried.

Thanks for your reply... Deadline to send docs was 10 March 2019...as nothing was ready.... I was on job..
I had to fetch and arrange everything in order so it took a week... Specially taking screenshots of WhatsApp call log... Was quite big task in itself... Monday will be 59 th working day... I'm worried.

Hi Moderators and readers

I'm single and my present spouse is legally divorced with absolute decree of divorce from first marriage and it is submitted with supporting docs, applied from VFS Chandigarh India.

My query is that since I was single and my spouse was divorced.. Will this be considered a point in assessing our application as genuine?

Secondly, I received further information required email on 27 feb19 from H. O requesting more pics.. In addition to marriage one, we sent 5 pics where both were together at different locations in India before marriage, WhatsApp calllog.. Screen shots 11 pages from June 2017 onwards, money gram receipts in the name of my father since I remain on job all time.. My father is recepient, Royal Mail postal bag in which gift was sent by my spouse, letters of support with I'D proof from Mother and colleagues.

They set deadline of 10 March 19, I emailed all of this is two parts on email provided by them on 8 March 19.

Since its 66 working from date of application, there is no acknowledgement, I'm totally tense and puzzled
What is making them think so much on my application, every detail was checked and verified by me and it was crystal clear application.

Can anybody please give some advise....its over 66 working days...??? Really stressed and worried.

Also send email... Got a standard reply... Application awaiting decision!!!
On professional front..im loosing everything...Neither I am able to accept new job offers because of this uncertain situation... Bec If I join new company... I would not be mentally focused on new job...nor able to continue present job.... In this stress... Such a hard test we are undergoing.
