Hi Guys,

What I've understood that people having problem applying via sopra and still confused is it possible if you still can apply via post same as old like fill the form online take print out and send it over will all docs. Kindly advise.
You have to apply online now as Zimba said. However, you still have a choice to use existing or new service to submit your documents and biometrics.

Apply online in any case.

Documents & Biometric Submission:

Existing Service: You print out the form, send original documents to HO, biometrics at a postoffice.

New Service: Upload docs, biometrics and documents verification at UKVCAS centre. You retain the originals.

Just a quick one do we need to send management accounts as well to cover the period if the 2019 accounts are not due by the visa application.

Does it affect if your ILR if your business is in huge loss around 20k ?

Earliest respond would be highly appreciated.

My ILR due in Aug if I count 28 days period since my initial visa application granted in Sept 2014, moreover my dependent visa expires in Oct. Would it be possible if I apply only for myself in Aug and in last week of Sept I will apply for PBS dependent extension ? Kindly advise

1) No accounts needed for ILR
2) Profit or Loss does not matter as long as the business is genuine

Note that her extension application will be put on hold till your ILR is approved. If your ILR fails, her extension will also be refused.

Hi Guys,

Is there any super priority services available for T1 Ent to ILR application ?

I checked on website there is one available for additional £800 1 day services. Is that correct ?

No there is not. It doesn't apply to Tier 1 Ent applicants.

As far as I know, there is no super priority services.

You need to fill up the form and see what options it offers.

But it clearly says on website that you can get decision in 1 day through super priority service with additional charges may be they introduced it again can any one confirm please.

Furthermore, if I am submitting 12 months payslips after extension period which indicates 130hrs monthly or more do we still need to count hrs and send breakout of hrs

For qualifying routes/visas. Tier 1 Ent is NOT a qualifying visa route.

It is generic. You can use the UKCVAS service for biometric and document submission, but you will not get a decision within 1 day. There is no quicker decision route for Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

Hi Guys,

Can anyone who has recently submitted share the list of documents other members all also welcome to share the list of docs for ILR application.

Moreover, can anybody have a look and confirm in regards to employment

Emp 1 is working before the extension and still on payroll so 12 months payslips after extension would suffice the requirement of emp 1

Emp 2 : left after the extension's 5 months and then there was a gap of 3 months then hired another employee in sept and he is working till now so would it be ok if I send 5 months payslips of previous employee who left after extension and 7 months payslips of current employee which is 12 months combine

Thanks Aman, yes I also want to keep the things simple that's why just want to send RTI and Payslips for 12 months of both employees which is 130hrs monthly or more along with their status.

Just bit confused about business activities if someone can share list of docs after 29March 2019 changes.

One more thing the title of the job can remain same after the extension period for ILR route e.g. Admin and Marketing these were the 2 jobs and title for my extention and still it is same for ILR route. Would it be ok ? or do I need to create to new jobs kindly confirm ?

Going on ur previous posts.. you have been given appropriate advice.
It seems you will apply in Sept.. you have a general idea of the documents required.
The only new addition is to provide an overview of your business and ur role within it as well as a description of the jobs you are claiming for..
There are people who are applying immediately and will have to provide the above amongst others.
By the time you qualify.. they’ll probably have heard back with regards to their applications.

Thanks Aman hopefully I will try to apply in August on the basis of continous period since my initial visa which was granted in Sept. Another question my wife she came on dependant visa in last year July and got her biometric from post office which states visa expiry in Oct. Would it be ok if I just apply my visa in August and her visa in end of sept.
Anothoer scenario, what if I got my ILR approved before her visa application do I still need to apply tier 1 dependent extension or it will change to FLR M if i get approved my ILR before her application. Other members can also share their experience if you have any.

She can apply for a tier 1 dependent extension before her visa expires, if you are applying for ILR based on 5 years PBS route. It does not automatically get changed to an FLR(M) application simply because you got ILR.

If you switch to FLR(M), she must meet the English and Financial requirements and it resets her residence clock to zero.

Correct me if I am wrong, you mean to say even I get my ILR approved before her visa expire I can still make tier 1 dependent extension application for her no need to switch to FLR M and get the clock to zero.
