Appeal won what next?

I apply for a Visting visa for my Junior Brother and Sister age 10 and 12 and they where been refused bc I wasn't in UK at the time funny enough when I wrote the invittation letter I was in Iraq by then. I even started in the letter that I want them to come for christmas which I know I would been been back by from my operational tour then.

On the refusal letter the ECO stated that there is no prove that I will be back from Iraq I put in for an appeal, on the hearing date I was been ask by the Judge if I have anything to add I just said im very disapointed by the comment of the ECO saying that their is no proof of me coming back home from Iraq.

I told him what I undesrstand with that statement is maybe I will die while im in Iraq and the Judge ask the ECO officer to apologize I even recieve a letter from the High commisione regarding the issue.

Now I have won the appeal I recieved the letter from the Court 2 days ago what step do I need to make now?

Well I took it to mean that your tour of duty might have been extended but if taking the remark as an insult helped your case, good for you.

So what do you think I should do now send them to the High Commision with the approval letter, or we have to wait until they are being called by the embassy?
