No, not if your spouse is British.Do I have to wait 12 months to apply for citizenship?
Yes if you meet all the requirements to apply as spouse of BC which is based on the last 3 years residence.Can I apply now?

Spouse of British citizenship applications is based on the last 3 years residence and you must meet the requirements, including the physically present in the UK at the start of the 3 year period immediately before applying for citizenship.
