Newborn baby with parents' ILR obtained after birth

Hello Everyone,
I'm really sorry to disturb you, but I'm trying to apply to get the British Citizenship for my newborn son, as I and my partner are "settled" EU Citizens living in UK (please note we got ILR AFTER he was born)
I have started filling the following form in:

and, if I'm getting it right, it's not about me applying on behalf of him, but it's him applying.
In other words, the "applicant" is him, not me (please correct me if I'm wrong).
Is that the right form to fill in?
Is there another form that I should use instead, as a parent applying on behalf of his son?
If that is the right form indeed, I would have a few questions, if possible:
1) the form is asking for the residence history for the latest 5 years. My son is born on 29/12/2018 so he does not have 5 years worth of history. I do, however. Should I provide information on my residence history even if the applicant is him?
2) the form is asking for 2 referrers, who should have known the applicant for 3 years. Again, this is not possible, as he was born in 2018. Does this requirement apply to me instead? Some friends have told me that some professions are not accepted for referrers or, in other words, that referrers should come from a pool of accepted professions. I see no mention of that on the website. Is that still true? And if so, where can I find the list of accepted professions?

No.

Simply put from date of birth to present. HO do know the rules and will obviously see the birth date!!

No it does NOT apply to you. Simply find referees as required and don't worry about the 3 years etc. The form is used for many different circumstances, so is generic is some questions.
