Regarding form for family dependent visa

Hello
I am British citizen want to bring my wife and two child one is 2 year and another 6 years old.

1- Do I need to fill separate online 3 form for visa applications.


2- I am tenant and do i need any bill with tenancy agreement. Or tenancy agreement is sufficient for accomodation.
3- Do i need to pay £ 1526 for each three dependnent.
4- How much i need to pay health surhcharge each one.


please help me.

Do you meet the financial requirements of £24,800pa??

1. Yes, 3 x VAF4A forms, 3 x Appendix 2 forms.

2. Maybe council tax bill??

3. Yes.

4. £1200 each.
