Regarding FLR-M extension if HO refuses the visa is it possible to apply again when the BRP is expired?

It depends what options HO give you if refused.

Why do you think you might get a refusal??

Thanks for the reply. I think I am very nervous when I see so many cases got decision on the same day or in a few days time. So I wanted to know if the worst comes to the worst. Hopefully all goes well.

A standard application decision typically takes 8 weeks.

Be aware you generally hear more about people who have visa denied than those granted, it doesn’t mean most are denied.
