Well hello world, i've been following all your Uk settlement/ dependent visa (Ind/Pak) for a long 2 years.
I applied for the same dependent visa around a year and half back and after a long battle i finally won my case in court and got my decision to be overturned which was first rejected. Paid ihs fee and submitted my passport 2 weeks back but still no response from VFS. They wont take that long right?

p.s - Never thought i would create a thread as well haha I will post my complete timeline too if you people demand it. Thanks.

I applied for uk settlement visa year and half ago and it was rejected with right to appeal. We appealed and won the case later paid ihs fee and i got an email to submit passport hence i submitted my passport more than 2 weeks back but still no response from vfs. How long will it actually take to get a visa stamped on my passport?
