When to apply for ILR

Hello
your suggestions really matters.

I was on entrepreneur visa and my validity of visa was til 16 May 2019, but i was eligible for ILR under long term 10 years category, so i got my ILR. But my Wife Visa is also valid till 16 May 2019, but she came to uk on 31May 2014 and she will complete 5 years on 31 May, so when shall i apply.

Shall i apply for her Visa on ILR on Entrepreneur dependant or ILR Dependant which one should i opt for.

what document will be required if she apply under Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant as i have got ILR now on 10 years long stay

She cannot apply for ILR as a Tier 1 dependent as you did not get ILR based on PBS route, instead going for ILR based on Long Residence.

She has no option but to switch to FLR(M) and meet the English A1 or B1 test and financial requirement. Her 5 year clock for ILR will be reset to zero (2 x 2.5 year visas). Visa fee is £1033 plus £1000 IHS for the first 2.5 year visa.
