Please I’m really new to this. I have a couple of questions I want to ask.
I have been refused asylum and having read most of the comments, I have son who is 13 Months old and he’s got a British passport, will it be ideal for me to make a further submission,
Also will I need a solicitor or is it something I can do myself.
Please help me I’m a single parent and just really need to sort my self out. Thanks in a Advance
go for further submission, I think you need Solicitor But if you are confident then do yourself.
“Munirabid”
Perfect!! If you could kindly tell me example of documents to send to them for further submission that will be very helpful.
you need to take your child British Passport , Birth certificate, Gp letters, proof of Address and you need to write in Further Submission that your Circumstance has been change and your child is British and its unreasonable to Deport British Child.
Fantastic.. Thank you sooo much for all your help. I will get on this Now. Fingers crossed they don’t refuse me.

You must have to travel to Liverpool, if you are on Asylum support then HO will send you train or Bus ticket.

I’m not on Asylum support... Don’t know what to do now as I can’t afford to pay the train ticket. I might have to call them to explain my situation.

Hi Munirabid
I have been reading your posts and i must say you have been a great help to everyone in here.
Can you please advice for the same:-
Arrived in UK 2015 and claimed asylum, and i was refused same year 2015 and exhausted any appeals.
In 2016 my wife arrived in the UK and claim asylum separate and she was granted leave to remain on 2018.
I have done fresh claim on 29th January 2019 based on granting my wife, on 1st April 2019 my solicitor called me to collect a letter for biometric enrollment and i have done biometric same day.
Can you please advice what are the chances for my case? And how long it takes for decision?
Kind regards

Hi All,
Can anyone let me know if they had a recent screening interview and got a date for the main interview yet? Or anyone please share how long they waited after the screening to get a date for the main interview.
I had my screening beginning of March and I got a date for the main interview. This is so frustrating all this waiting.

I have done my screening interview since last year July 2018 and I have not done the main interview..tgey just sent me questionnaire to fill called parliament statement questionnaire. I fill it with my lawyer and sent it with all evidence I have because they ask me to include all evidence and send to them with questionnaire I fill with my lawyer ..we send it since December 2018 .. yet no respond from home office.. finger across.

No I haven't got a letter inviting me for the main interview. Wowww.. You been waiting for letter for the main interview since last year. HO really are unbelievable when it comes to time. They love us to suffer. I thought the questionnaire comes within a few weeks after screening. Surprised it takes that long. Am depressed with this waiting
