Property inspection report

Hello all! Im about to start the process of...the visa with my fiancé who is Russian. The main part I am worried about is this 'property inspection report' I live in a shared house. There are 3 people living here including me, the house is a 4 bedroom house with one bathroom and one Spam. Does anyone know any reliable companies who can do this document for me in the UK? I have permission from the land lord for all other things required, ownership proof, letter of no objection etc.
