Indefinite Leave to Remain- Switch from tier 2 General

Post by PrashDesai » Fri Apr 19, 2019 10:28 pm

HI,
I am working under employer sponsorship tier 2 at the moment. I am becoming eligible for Indefinite leave to remain on 14th May 2019. I have recently receive a new job offer from another employer and its less than a month remained for my ILR application so wondering if i resign from my current employer? And use employment letter of new employer in ILR application? current employer wont give me letter confiming my requirement for foreseeable future as i am planning to resign? Please advise.
Thanks
