UK visa sponsored by Father in home Country.

Hello everyone. This is Vikas from India. I am planning a UK trip in the month of july with one of my friends. He is well settled and is working in a corporate firm so i dont think his visa would be much of a problem.
But in my case, I work with my dad in his business without any partnership and no payslips. So I think my father can sponsor my trip. Also, in a few days i ll be entering into another partnership firm. Now, I have doubts whether my visa would be rejected or accepted. I dont know what should i expect and how to proceed.
Please help!

I did not know which tier to apply for a normal tourist visa. I am planning to go to UK for leisure.

It is not a 'tier' visa.

You will be required to provide evidence of strong ties to home country (social, employment, property, family, etc etc)
