Hello, my husband is here (in the UK) on a spouse visa and we are looking to extend that visa in line with the 5 yr route via the online form FLR (M). He has a child under 18 who lives with his mother in his country of origin....Although we support this child from afar, the child did not form part of the original visa application nor are we applying for this child to join us in the UK. On the application the question is "Do you have any children under the age of 18" Clearly the answer is "Yes" However, if one answers "Yes" the form brings the question "What date did this child enter the UK"? We cannot get past this question without filling in this date - which is not applicable. SO. Is it okay to answer "No" to the question of having children under the age of 18?
